Delivery policy

If your item is in stock, we will do our best to dispatch your order the day you place it. In busy times it may take us a little bit longer. Orders placed on Friday afternoon, Saturday or Sunday will be processed the following Monday (with the exception of national holidays).

All aquariums will be sent on a tracked delivery. This should be a next working day service and a signature will be required when you receive your parcel.

For smaller items of lower value your parcel will be sent by Royal Mail Standard delivery. Where items are of higher value they will be sent Royal Mail Recorded delivery. Both are a two to three working days service.

If you know you are likely to be out when your parcel arrives, you can ask us to send it to a different address when you place your order.

If the item is not in stock, we will contact you to let you know.

Please note, we currently deliver to the UK only.

Failed Deliveries

Most couriers will attempt to deliver two to three times. If they cannot deliver, they will let us know and we will do our best to re-arrange a delivery for you. If these further attempts fail, the courier will return the package to OASE Ltd. Should this happen, please contact us to make arrangements for reshipment. There is an additional charge for redelivery.
